Commitment

All doctors who go to medical school, have the idea of wanting to help. Then somewhere along the way, unknowingly or intentionally, their path is deflected into directions that led them to where they are now. In the case of Dr. Niez, her medical condition served as a strong turning point for her to make her think out of the box. Then, as more complex cases came her way, her strong desire to help her patients became also an opportunity for her to be helped in return. Dr. Niez sees an average of 2,500 patients per year; and she considers them individually precious. Her journey brought her to this commitment:

"If I was not made to go through the humbling experiences of illness and brokenness, I wouldn’t be what I am today – renewed in mind and heart, and in optimal, functional, and deeply grateful condition. I could have been severely debilitated already, if not, possibly even gone. It is by the grace of God, that I am still up and about. And I commit the years ahead of me helping those being sent along my path to understand… Because healing starts with understanding – (1) that God has a purpose for one’s brokenness; (2), that there is time for everything and that one just has to be equipped; and (3) that there is always hope even if one doesn’t understand everything. "

She envisions to equip both patients and doctors alike to expand their understanding that achieving optimum health from chronic illness can be achieved through various principles in nature and of science.
As more chronic and complex diseases are on the rise, she hopes that the integration of various biological health modalities in mainstream medicine will be widened.
